The Simple Past Tense

Last class we had a big setback, the rain! Despite delays caused by it, we had a review about the simple past tense.
We learn about the past tense of the verb to be and the other verbs in sentences: affirmative, negative, interrogative, short and long answers.
We received a list of verbs in their infinitive forms and in the past, where we learned to pronounce all the verbs correctly in both ways.
We realized a group activity about Mr. Sanders's trip to Italy, by the way, has a nasty habit: Who buys cigarettes and wine to take as souvenirs of a trip? As the teacher spoke, I would't want to receive it from souvenir! (laughs)
