Comparative and Superlative

Last class was so funny
We study comparative and superlative. We played a funny game, my group lost and I discovered that I have to study more history, geography, sciense... because I knew a few things. It is so bad!!
I like the teacher's games because it teach us playing.

Very interesting lesson.

The penultimate class

In the last class (21/05) the students participated of a game. I laughed all the time. My team was very funny and I learned a lot of things.  My team won the first round of the game, but in the final round others two teams draw with us. The questions were crazies and I learned about the tigers dangerous and the black vulture's flight.
I liked the comparative and superlatives adjectives revision. I I had forgotten a lof of details about this subject.

Dynamics and Games

I agree with Karina.
The last two classes were very dynamic and productive.
We had games that forced us to really speak English.
The interview on May 13 gave incredible results and now I remembered that Jussi met Popó.

In past class, the teacher did a correction of exercises in the book about present perfect, simple past and uncout or count nous. This was great, because we did a review.

In last class the review was interesting to the use of the "ever" in the present perfect to make answers and questions. The activity to know speak in refrigerator was good to study of countable and uncountable.

Last Class

It's class was very different from other classes, the teacher has reviewed the present perfect, also made a very interesting activity it from knowledge of the present perfect prepositions and did some questions for teachers of other levels in English, these questions should be funny , should we tell a little nod to each teacher.

Time Goes So Fast/ My Story

I loved the last class. The time passed so fast when I realized it was already 12 p.m.!!!
In fact, the semester went very fast. In 3 weeks the classes will end! It seems like yesterday that classes started.
I will miss this semester, I learned and enjoyed myself!

Hello everyone

In the last lesson we learned the Present Perfect.
I think it was a little tricky, but I think I will learn.

That same day, the first group of people presented their films.

It was a great experience because we train our pronunciation. In addition, the person had to find new words to create your presentation.
It was an exprience also great for those who watched because we were trying to understand what the other was saying.

I presented The Silence of the Lambs.I forgot to mention a cool part of the movie. Clarice's motivation to want to save both a victim and also to save itself. It would be nice I have spoken this part because it better explains why the name of the movie is The Silence of the Lambs.

I know... It's a very old movie, but I advise everyone to watch, especially the conversations between Clarice and Hannibal. It's pure cinema, pure art and performance.

The book is also very good and I scored two sentences.
I don't read the book in English, but I try to read on vacation.
Maybe my English will get better!

Last two classes

Last Saturday we did the first written test. I didn't understand very well the conversation between Bill and the interviewer, but I tried. I need to train more. However, I think I did well on the test.

I had a little difficulty in the listen, but most of the test was easy to understand.

Hello ! 26/03 on the dynamic was interesting to pratice the skills of conversation with colleagues and how to improvise when they forget a word. 02/04 on the day to learn the negative form of some words helped to increase vocabulary. : )

It was difficult arrive in the class this day. Rained a lot and i was late. But, i get understand well the subject. The class was good.

Last Class

Last class we learn the opposite of many words, it was possible to see that the negative forms of English language words are very similar to the negative forms in Portuguese language, facilitating our understanding! A review for the test of past continuous and simple past was done by fixing even more the content! Hope for all families connected with the attack which occurred today in Rio de Janeiro! AND PEACE!!!! A lot of PEACE, because we all need , the world needs!!

I adored the first the day class. I liked teaching methods that teacher used the class.

The class about burglars

In the last class the teacher continue the simple past. Everyone participated of homework correction, this is a good estrategy for all students speak in the class.
The teacher made the studants stay in pairs for a activity. One student of the pair needed to run out side of the classroom, for to read a text and speak phrases to your partner. My pair didn't win, but was realy funny. The exercise tested the pronounce and memory of the english's words of everyone. Next we made the exercise of the text: "Last Summer, I...''
The best part of the class was the reading the text "The Burglars' Friend''. The history of Russel and the burglars is very impressive. Thank God nothing happened to the boy. And the end of the lesson, the teacher talked about irregular plural and past continuos.     
Mrs Urpia was very sick. I hope she will be good for next class.

Last Class

In our last class teacher despite being ill, she has scheduled for the content, it basically gave a momentum to be able to practice English in which two students took turns in activity, while one ran to get the word the other was writing his partner spoke.

Last Class

In the last class we worked in pairs. The finality of the activity was to rewrite a paragraph that was out of the classroom. A person of the double had to read, memorize the words and talk to your partner who had to write correctly. This activity was very difficult!!

After we studied a text about a boy named Russell. The kid was very naive and the situation was dangerous but it became funny. It was hilarious!!

Finally we learned about past continuous.

In this class was ranning a lot and few students didn't went to the class. We had review the The simple past Tense. We studied the past tense of verb to be and another verbs. Then, we received one important list with regular and iregular verbs in infinitive, past tense and past participle. It will be a lot of useful The last activity we did was about Mr. Sanders's trip to Italy. In this activity, we were in a group with 4 people and we had to make some questions about the Mr. Sanders's trip for we complete the blank. See you tomorrow

Then we made a joke group, where the my was four girls. The game was for each team to formulate questions with the words that missing in the text.

I didn't feel very difficulty in to formulate the sentences on paper. I believe that if it was to speak at the time, I couldn't.

Today, on March 26, 2011 we first corrected the homework.
The fix was very positive, because we train the pronunciation.
Then we did an interesting activity. We ran a lot to do this activity, but it was really cool, because we train our ears better into English.

The boy was very innocent, natural to their age.

We did speak about ROUTINE. We did review the Simple Present and Present Continuos for build sentences about routine. We talked too neigbors:
"Our (My and of my patner) neighbor is a beautiful woman. She's a famous actress in Brazil. We have a good relationchip whit her because she's kind and polite but she's reserved. She's likes workout and swimming. She practices a lot of everyday a week. Many famous people visit she. Her name's Vera Fischer!"
